Hybrid AI Creative Production

Turn a single shoot into a global content system. Scale your imagery without scaling production costs.

Hybrid Production combines real photography or motion shoots with AI-assisted creative systems to extend, adapt, and scale content across campaigns.

It runs two ways, and how much a campaign has to produce decides which. A small number of finals gets shot and extended. A campaign that keeps producing gets its product or cast trained into a model first, so the subject holds across every output that follows. Training earns its cost when the same subject has to appear again. For a one-off it does not, and we will say so.

Human-Led Creative Production

The work starts with human-led production either way. Real cameras. Real lighting. Real creative direction. On a shoot-and-extend job that capture is the campaign itself. On a trained job it is the reference photography the model learns your product from. That capture happens in New York and London, across the Manhattan partner-studio network and the South Hampstead base.

Selective Generative AI Support

Generative AI is introduced where it adds value, not risk. Moodboards. Pre-visualization. Variations. Motion extensions. Format expansion. The team uses it to solve production friction.

"The result is not more content for the sake of it. It's a smarter way to turn one capture into a long-lasting creative system."

Two Ways to Build a Single Source of Truth

Both routes start with capture. On a shoot-and-extend job the shoot is the source of truth itself, holding the highest fidelity light, texture, and brand character. On a trained job the capture is reference photography of the product, and the model learns the real thing from it.

From there AI systems build out the rest of the campaign. Extensions stay grounded because what they extend was photographed. Trained subjects render correctly because the model learned the actual product rather than approximating one.

  • Capture Comes First, Either Route
  • Extend a Shoot, or Train the Subject
  • Brand-Safe Output
  • Campaign-Scale Efficiency

Where AI Fits in the Workflow

The studio uses AI across the entire production lifecycle, not as a replacement for craft, but as a catalyst for creative scale.

01 Pre-Production

  • Rapid moodboarding and concept exploration
  • Creative brainstorming with generative visual prompts
  • Pre-visualization for complex lighting and set builds

02 Post-Production

  • Environment extensions and background adaptation
  • Generating multiple campaign variations from single shots
  • Still-to-motion transitions and format expansion

What Gets Built After Capture

One capture becomes months of content across every marketing platform.
